Family update

Update on the Scott's....

As everyone knows (news travels fast in he Ray clan :)) my Dad found out that he had cancerous tumors in his bladder. He had surgery on Friday and already is home - both my Mom and Dad can't stand staying in the hospital :) The surgery went really really well. The doctor believes he removed all the cancer - but we will know for sure when the pathology reports come back. If it was all removed he won't even have to go through chemo or anything. They just cut it all out! That's what we're hoping for. The only thing that sucks - my Dad got a spinal headache from the epidural! Yikes! I know Becc has gotten one of those and I can only guess how much it must suck.

As for Zachary Scott - he is growing! I'm now 30 weeks prego and I don't know how I'm going to get bigger because it already feels that I'm all baby. People are nice though - they still get surprised by how "small" I am for being over 7 months prego. All I can say is "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA YEAH RIGHT". Yesterday morning he and Daddy had some play time. Brian would tap on my stomach and then keep his hand where he tapped and Zach would kick his hand. Brian would than move to a different spot and Zach would move and kick there too. This went on until Zach got the hiccups and he was done playing. It was cute and funny. I'm signed up for a breastfeeding class and a prepared childbirth class - those will happen next month.... coming close!
