Crazy Lady Relapse

this past weekend i had a crazy lady relapse. stupid pharmacy.... they made a mistake so i had to call my insurance which was closed over the weekend... which turned out my health insurance in closed on the weekends but not my pharmaceutical insurance.....but i didn't know that until today when i was calling people to get stuff straightened out... UGH... so long story short i didn't get my magic crazy pill back until today. oh how i still need thee. it wasn't quite a weekend from the bell jar but "the sickness rolled through me in great waves" that's for sure. i decided simplicity and action was needed to get me through the incubation period.

first thing first: retail therapy. that's right! saturday i went to borders and purchased these three beauties....

the two cookie/cake books have been my top 2 things list on my wish list (one of these days i'll list part of my wish list....) the moleskin san francisco city notebook is something i've wanted so i can start a project. i'll post about it when it's more developed. i ♥ moleskin notebooks. seriously i'll make a post just about my notebooks someday. the only disturbing thing is after reading these books it made my wish list even longer because of all the new information on stuff i can buy and where to buy it.... sigh* i'm always asking brian "so do i get to buy cookie stuff this paycheck?" if he only knew what i want to buy, how much it costs and how long my list is.... he would say no because it means we'll be buying stuff for a VERY long time :) being on a budget cramps my style.

went to michaels (it's my only choice of craft store in visalia) to stock up on supplies and some stuff for a project i'm currently working on.

i've started about 80 (give or take a few) more lists of projects, things i need to look up, need to try, etc. list list list.... EVERYWHERE written on everything. i even have a napkin from our favorite chinese restaurant that has stuff written all over it.

i did NOT do the laundry.

and i changed my blog name back. "meet the browns" is lame and brian has absolutely NOTHING to do with this blog - it's my brain child of rambling and typos. he doesn't even read it. so it's back to being "a day in the life..." YEAH :) i like having my sense of familiarity back.

ok so i'll post about my current projects once their done.
