SO a few weekends ago i fulfilled my yearly visit to gamage auditorium to watch warren miller's film. for all those who don't know who warren miller is or what his movies are about - he is a skiing finatic. every year he (actually now he is too old so his company does it) makes a new extreme skiing film/documentary set to awesome music. it seems like evey year they have to best themselves - so basically, it's some crazy stuff! this year, they even had a dude in a jet pack that demonstrated it after the movie! it's always a freakin' awesome show. plus the audience always really gets into it, so hollarin', shoutin', whoopin' and cheering are actually encourage. may the walls of gamage be disgraced!!! i don't think the ushers like this time of year ;) especially when my croud is the type to put our feet on the seats.since the jet pack dude illiceted a massive croud and because it was so loud it can actully cause permanent ear damage (which i have enough of thank you) my faithful sidekick haubrie and i ditched it to walk all the way around gamage to my car - it was raining :) while lacking the words of "singing in the rain" (because those are the only words of the song i know) we still played in the rain!i act like i'm 12 so i saw a puddle and that's what started it all. we than traveled on over to Borders where there was a delightfully sarcastic sparing partner of a cashier clerk (he should get a raise... he actually kept up with me) that helped me purchase "golden child". "i i i waaaanntt the knife!" when we stepped out of borders.... the playing in the rain continued. we found the ultimate of all puddles. my pants were totally soaked through and weighed like 500 lbs. while pounding away in the rain - i turned around and than busted out laughing. behind me all i saw in neon lights was "ass world". oh my gosh i seriously was laughing so hard i could barely breath. i off course had to show haubrie - more laughing. it was actually glass world - but from the position i was standaing the "gl" were not visible. than it was back home; pizza, movie, exahustion. all in that order. great night!!!

I would have peed my pants laughing! But you wouldn't have known because our pants would be so soaked!
That was a great night. You seriously missed out on the jet pack. It was almost like watching Jengo/Boba Fett in action. And then Megs and I went to get a pizookie at Oregano's afterward, good time!
